Delivery nightmare

While the product itself may be spectacular,delivery of that product is ATROCIOUS 😬 waiting and waiting way beyond the estimate “3-5 working days” and receiving no feedback from the delivery company is incredibly frustrating.I have ordered several times from your company but this delivery issue makes me have serious reservations about ordering again ☹️
