How to make it
Ingredients (1 Serving):
2 tbsp (20g) Healfuel mix
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup boiling water
Dairy or plant-based milk (as desired)
Honey (to taste)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, mix Talbina flour with cold water until smooth.
Add boiling water and cook over high heat, stirring continuously until it thickens (about 3 minutes).
Stir in milk and honey for added creaminess and natural sweetness.
Enjoy:
- As a warm, nourishing porridge.
- Or thin it down to a smoothie-like consistency.
