Click & Collect FAQ - Durban CBD
I have chosen click & collect, when can I collect my order?
We will notify you via email/ WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection.
We generally need 1-2 working days to prepare your order. During sales and busy periods such as Ramadan & Eid the lead time is 5-10 working days.
What is the Click & Collect collection address?
27 Dr Goonam Street, Durban. Put it in Google Maps - it should bring you right outside! PS: we are in a big brown building with signage on the outside which read: Mamedy House/ M.I Mahomedy / Caravan Clothing
What are the collection times ?
Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 4:00 pm* *Closed daily between 1:00-1:30pm &11:30am - 2pm on Fridays. Saturdays: 10:30am -12:30pm . Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Do I need to provide any details when collecting?
Yes, your #DDXXXX order number will need to be quoted upon collection.
Can someone collect on my behalf ?
Yes, you will need to provide them with your #DDXXXX order number.
Do you have parking available?
No, unfortunately we do not have parking available. You will need to park on the road or in public car parks nearby.
Can you bring my order out to me to my car if there is no parking?
No, unfortunately we do not have the resources to do this.
